To charge the customer for only part of the order, see the procedure for each of our plugins in this article.

When you withdraw only parts of the order, you still have a valid reservation on the remaining part of the original order sum. So if you know that you will receive one of the items in the order later, you can send the first part of the order right away, and deduct only part of the sum, before completing the rest later.

If you have made a partial withdrawal on an order and know that you will no longer need to withdraw the remaining sum of the original authorized amount, go to the section on cancellation of the remaining sum.

WooCommerce

1. ​​​​​​​Set the status of the order to "Pending" in WooCommerce
2. Remove the product lines you do not want to charge for
3. Set the status of the order to "Completed" in WooCommerce

Complete the remaining sum of the order

If you wish to charge for the remaining amount of the original order amount on an order that has been partially withdrawn, do the following:

1. ​​​​​​​Go to Payments in Dintero Backoffice and search for the order number
2. Press Traits
3. Tick ​​off the remaining product lines you want to charge the customer for (and correct the sum on this product line if you do not want to charge the customer for the entire product line).
4. Confirm by pressing Deduct **** NOK

Cancel the remaining sum of the order

If you have made a partial withdrawal on an order and know that you will no longer need to withdraw the remaining sum of the original authorized amount, then you do not need to do anything - the reservation will disappear from the customer's bank account after a relatively short time . If the customer cannot. wait or you want to release the remaining amount as quickly as possible, do the following:

1. ​​​​​​​Go to Payments in Dintero Backoffice and search for the order number
2. Press Cancel
3. Confirm by pressing Cancel the transaction
